Your first user is the Admin, so a solo operator pays exactly the headline rate. Standard users — the people who do the day-to-day work without the settings and billing screens — cost half the admin rate on every plan.

Admin users have full access: pricing, tax settings, plan and billing, user management and permissions. Standard users do the day-to-day work — orders, quotations, inventory, dispatch and returns, customers — but not the settings and billing screens. That is why a Standard user costs less. Within that, role-based permissions still let you narrow things further, so a driver can see only today's deliveries.

No. The plan price is charged once for the account and already includes your first Admin user. Only the extra Admin and Standard users add to the bill, which is why growing the team stays predictable.

Each feature plan includes an asset allowance — 200 on Starter, 400 on Growth, 600 on Professional. If your catalogue outgrows the plan you move up a plan rather than paying a per-asset fee. Fleets of 600+ assets are on the Custom plan.
