Dispatch & transport
Plan the day's movements, then change them at 6am
Each low-loader, flatbed and crane truck gets its own line for the day. Drag a mobilisation onto a vehicle, reorder stops when a site pushes its slot, and the driver sees the change on the app before he leaves the yard.
- Delivery, collection and site-to-site transfers
- Routes per vehicle with driver assignment
- Transport charged on the hire it belongs to
- Gate passes and delivery notes for site security

Fleet conflicts
Two projects, one telehandler, found before it is promised
Confirmed hires and open quotations draw from the same fleet. When a main contractor's extension collides with next week's mobilisation, the order screen shows the shortage while there is still time to sub-hire or move a machine between yards.
- Confirmed and pending counted separately
- Shortages shown per day, per yard
- Sub-hire from a supplier to cover the gap
- Machines in the workshop excluded automatically

Quoting a package
Machine, attachments, transport and operator on one quotation
A site package is one line to the contractor and separate reservations in your yard. Mobilisation and demobilisation sit on the same document, so what you quoted is what you invoice.
- Kits priced as one line, tracked per component
- Mobilisation and transport as their own charges
- LPO and project reference on every document
- Revenue and utilisation reported per machine
Six countries, one platform
Set the country once; tax, currency and documents follow
Each yard bills from the entity registered in its country, at that country's VAT rate and in its currency, with consolidated reporting across the group.

What Gulf hire companies tell us
Six things that cost a plant hire business money every month
-
Plant scattered across a dozen sites
A telehandler is at Al Quoz, two generators are at Jebel Ali and nobody is sure which site has the 16 m boom lift. Every unit carries its current site, on-hire date and expected off-hire, in one board across all your yards.
-
Six countries, six different tax rules
VAT is 5% in the UAE and Oman, 15% in Saudi Arabia and 10% in Bahrain, while Qatar and Kuwait run on configurable profiles. Rentablez applies the right one per order from the entity that is billing, with the TRN on the invoice.
-
Mobilisation and transport billed as an afterthought
Low-loader movements, crane offloading and demobilisation are real costs that vanish between the quote and the invoice. Add them to the hire as charges when the driver books the job, not from memory at month end.
-
Project hires that run for months
A main contractor takes twelve units for the duration of a build. Long hires invoice themselves on the anchor date you set, prorate when a unit demobilises early, and raise a credit note when the certificate says so.
-
LPO numbers that must appear on the invoice
Contractors pay against a purchase order and reject anything without the reference. Put the LPO on the order as a custom field and it prints on the quotation, the delivery note and the tax invoice.
-
Servicing in 45-degree heat
Filters, hydraulics and coolant do not wait in Gulf summer. Recurring maintenance blocks a unit from hire until the job card is closed, and the cost sits against the machine so you know what it really earns.
The yard
Earthmoving, lifting, power and access on one register
Excavators, telehandlers, boom and scissor lifts, generators, compressors, light towers and scaffolding sit in the same catalogue — serialised units with plant numbers, bulk items by quantity, and packages that go to site as one line.
- Plant numbers, chassis and serial per unit
- Bulk stock for scaffolding, props and boards
- Kits: machine plus attachments and consumables
- Availability across every yard and emirate
The site
Mobilise, service and demobilise from the phone
Drivers get the day's movements with site addresses and access notes. Meter readings, condition photos and the receiver's signature come back on the order, so a damage claim three weeks later has evidence attached.
- Delivery, collection and transfer routes
- Meter hours captured at mobilisation and off-hire
- Site inspections with photos and defects
- Delivery notes and gate passes for site security
The office
Invoices that satisfy the contractor and the auditor
Bill from the entity registered in that country, with its TRN and the correct VAT rate, in AED, SAR, QAR, KWD, BHD or OMR. Multi-branch keeps each emirate or city as its own operation with roll-up reporting.
- Multiple tax registrations, chosen per order
- LPO and project references on every document
- Deposits and retentions held separately from hire
- Xero and Zoho Books, or Excel exports

FAQ
Rental management in the GCC: questions
What Gulf plant and equipment hire businesses ask before a demo.
Something else? or email sales@rentablez.com.
Does Rentablez handle VAT across the GCC?
Yes. VAT is applied per order from the registered entity that is billing: 5% in the UAE and Oman, 15% in Saudi Arabia and 10% in Bahrain, with configurable tax profiles for Qatar and Kuwait. The seller TRN appears on the tax invoice, and an organisation can hold several registrations and choose which one bills each job.
Can I run yards in more than one country from one account?
Yes. Multi-branch gives each yard, emirate or country its own stock, team and documents, with consolidated reporting across all of them. Availability search can be run for one branch or all branches at once.
Which currencies are supported?
Orders and invoices can be raised in AED, SAR, QAR, KWD, BHD and OMR, as well as USD. The Rentablez subscription itself is billed in USD.
How does Rentablez handle mobilisation and transport charges?
Transport, offloading, mobilisation and demobilisation are added to the hire as additional charges, either at quotation or when the movement is dispatched. They appear as their own lines on the invoice rather than being buried in the day rate.
Can I put an LPO or project number on the invoice?
Yes. Custom fields on the order carry the LPO, project or WBS reference, and those fields print on the quotation, delivery note and tax invoice — which is usually what a main contractor requires before releasing payment.
Does it support long-term project hires?
Yes. A hire that runs for months invoices on a recurring schedule from the anchor date you choose, prorates when a unit is demobilised mid-cycle, handles swaps and extensions, and raises credit notes when required.
Can I track machines that are out on site?
Every unit records its current site, on-hire date and expected off-hire without any hardware. For connected machines, the IoT module integrates with TrackNerd trackers for live location and remote immobilisation of compatible units.
Is the interface available in Arabic?
The interface is in English today. Invoice and document templates are configurable per organisation, and the terminology feature lets you relabel terms to match local usage.
What does Rentablez cost in the Gulf?
Plans are billed in USD and start at $29 per month (Starter), with Growth at $69 and Professional at $79; multi-branch fleets are on a custom plan. There are no setup fees, and every plan starts with a 7-day free trial after a demo.
